IVR surveys

IVR surveys or automated surveys give you the flexibility to run a line that is kept open 24/7 to monitor customer satisfaction and feedback from your callers.

Callers can ring the survey line direct or callers can be transferred to your survey by an agent.

Choose your own non-geographic number from a selection of 0800, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871 or 0300 numbers.  If you don't want a non-geographic number then you can select from a wide range of standard numbers.

What happens next?

Send your script to Leadline who will suggest any changes to improve the survey

The set up fee of £300 will then need to be paid

The script is then recorded by Leadline or by you

When the line goes live the responses will start to come in - callers can be prompted to leave voice responses or keypad responses

Responses can be transcribed by Leadline or by you

Can I access any reports?

It's very important that you access reports which will tell you the times of day when calls come in, which parts of the country callers come from, and the amount of time taken to complete a survey.  Leadline provide you password protected access to a secure site.

How much does it cost?

There is a standard one off set up fee of £300.00

There is a monthly fee of £50.00 to host the survey

Numbers are provided free of charge, if you choose an 0800 number there is an additional charge of 4p per minute

If you want Leadline to transcribe the responses there will be a charge and that will depend on the length of the survey

Reporting set up is a one off charge of £50.00 and then £10.00 per month to access the secure area

How long does it take to set up an IVR survey?

Normally there is a lead time of 3 working days.
