IVR Standard Product Range

Leadline provide a range of standard IVR products.  What is great is that there are no contractual tie-ins and Leadline stick to clear and upfront pricing.

This page gives a detailed explanation of how each of the products work:

Auto Receptionist  

  The caller rings an STD number or non-geographic number that you have

  chosen. The caller is then presented with a welcome message and then they are

  asked to leave a voicemail message which is then emailed to you straight away.

 

  One of the benefits of this product is that it is 24/7 and so you will never miss a

  call. 

 

  Any messages left on the IVR voicemail are held on your account and you will 

  receive a notification via email of the message left. A link will then take you to

  our secure online platform where you can retrieve your messages. Historic

  messages will be held online for you to retrieve at any time. 

 

  Price
  There is a one-off set up fee of £40.00 and a flat monthly charge of £40.00. 

 

Bespoke IVR  

  With IVR design you can bespoke your own campaign. You decide which calls

  route to which destinations and how the IVR route will work in tandem with your

  existing processes. 

 

Bespoke IVR is incredibly flexible.  If your campaign does not fit into any other IVR product then Bespoke IVR is the answer. You can also design your own bespoke campaign.

   Price  

   There is a one-off set up fee of £300.00 and a flat monthly charge of £50.00 

   (no contractual tie-ins). Additional charges to apply if calls are calls are routed 

   elsewhere. 

Optional IVR Extras  

Q-manager, Call record and Reports can be added to your account for an additional fee. One, two or three can be selected.

  

Q-Manager  

   This is an incredible product that copes with large volumes routing to a single  

   destination. The callers ring on an STD number or non-geographic number and

   listen to a welcome message before they are transferred to operators. Whilst

   the caller is in the queue they listen to music (you can choose from 5 musical

   hold options) and hear comfort messages at intervals pre-set by you. If the

   caller is holding for too long they can 'break out' and leave a voicemail for a

   return call - the operators are alerted if any voicemails need collecting. 

 

   Price  

   There is a one-off set up fee of £50.00 and a flat monthly charge of £150.00.

  

Call Record 

 
Call recording gives you the ability to monitor and track how calls are handled by your own team or by an outsourced call centre.

   Call record can be added as a bolt on to any Leadline IVR service.


   Price 

   There is  a one-off set up fee of £100.00 and a flat monthly charge of

   £10.00. There is an additional charge of 2p per minute for recorded calls.  

   Recordings are kept for 7 days only.

Reports 

   You can access Leadline's own IVR platform which will give you unlimited

   access to a vast range of reports. 

 

   If you want very simple reporting, discuss your requirements with Leadline and

   they can probably do a report for you which may be able to be included as part

   of your package.

There is a one-off set up fee of £50.00 (this includes telephone based     training) and a flat monthly charge of £10.00.   

Data Capture Product  

Brochure Request Lines  

   This product is mainly used for brochure request ines, but can also be used  to

   capture any type of data with IVR in response to a marketing / advertising

   campaign.

 

   The caller rings an STD number or non-geographic number and is prompted by

   the welcome message to leave their details. The product works the same as

   this script on individual prompts rather than a sinlge prompt which would say

   "after the tone, please leave your name, address, postcode, telephone

   number, how you found out about us etc". When confronted with a single

   prompt callers get scrambled and the details are not presented in an orderly

   way.

 

   Once the caller has left their details as prompted by the IVR, the voice

   message is compressed and you can access the message online or the

   messages can be downloaded by Leadline and transcribed. Leadline can also

   quote you for the fulfilment of brochures and small products.

 

   Price 

   One-off set up fee of £300.00, then a flat monthly fee of £50.00 (no 

   contractual tie-ins)

  

 Information Lines  

   This is purely a recorded message designed to cut down on repetitive calls and

   inform the caller about (for example) opening hours, restaurant times,

   forthcoming events etc. You choose the number from a selection of

   non-geographic numbers, and then you can advertise the number and transfer

   calls to the number. 

 

   Price

   There is no set up fee and there is a flat monthly charge of £25.00. If you want

   Leadline to record the information line for you there is a £25.00 charge for the

   initial and subsequent recordings.
