What do Leadline do?

Route calls using IVR to any numbers, anywhere at any time

Calls route via "press options" - eg press 1 for sales. 2 for accounts

How does it work?

You select the type of number that you want callers to ring.  There is a good choice of UK geographic (01 or 02 numbers) or non-geographic numbers (0800, 0844, 0845, 0871 numbers)

Then you look at how you want your calls to be routed, how many press options you need etc and then a routemap is created.

Once the routemap is in place, then Leadline start to build the campaign for you.  You need to allow 5 working days.  The routing is always tested thoroughly before the line goes live.

How much does it cost?

One off set up fees start at £300.00

Monthly charge of £50.00 (no contractual tie-ins), just one months notice is required

This monthly fee is a flat rate if the calls route to UK landlines.  If calls route to mobiles or international numbers then additional charges will apply.
