Transcription
The transcription service can be operated on a stand alone basis or in conjunction with IVR campaigns, brochure request lines, prospectus lines etc .
When callers leave details on an IVR (brochure request line, prospectus line etc) the voice details are compressed and can be accessed online by Leadline, transcribed and then sent to you usually in a spreadsheet (Excel or Access). If you want to access the recordings and transcribe the details yourself then Leadline need to give you secure access, log-in and password details - there is a one off charge of £50.00 and a monthly charge of £10.00.
Why is transcription from Leadline so accurate?
Postcode software is used to validate all addresses to Royal Mail standards.
What happens next?
Once your details have been transcribed, the next stage is fulfilment. Leadline can quote for sending out brochures and small products or can forward the transcribed details to a fulfilment warehouse or to yourselves.

Typical charges for transcription services start at 20p per record.
3 fields - typically name, address (inc add 1, add 2, town) and postcode = 20p
4 fields = 25p
5 fields = 30p
6 fields = 35p
7 fields = 40p
8 fields = 45p
