Non-geographic Numbers (NGNs)
Leadline always provide you with a choice of non-geographic numbers.
A standard non-geographic number is included when you take an IVR service with Leadline.
If you just want a stand alone non-geographic number and no other Leadline services there is a one off set up fee of £25.00 and a monthly rental of £5.00 - there is no contractual tie-in.
These are the rates if you want a special non-geographic number:

Types of non-geographic numbers available with rates
0800 Freephone
This call is free to callers and so may well encourage a higher response rate, particularly if you are prospecting members of the public.
Your charges are based on 4p per minute
0844 Local call rate
Callers pay 5p per minute irrespective of where the customer is based in the UK.
There is no charge to you.
0845 Local call rate
Callers pay a local call rate irrespective of where the customer is based in the UK.
There is no charge to you.
0870 National rate
Callers are charged at the same rate as if they are making a national call.
There is no charge to you at the moment, but this is likely to change in the Spring. At the same time revenue share on 0870 numbers is due to be phased out - Oftel have yet to confirm an actual date.
0300 National rate
Callers are charged at the same rate as if they are making a national call.
There is no charge to you. This is a new release of numbers (Feb 08)
0871 10p per minute
Callers are charged at 10p per minute.
There is no charge to you. Leadline will revenue share if you are a charity - the amount of the share will depend on volumes.
Porting
If you have an existing non-geographic number, then you may be able to port that number to a DDI or onto Leadline's IVR platform. Porting agreements are in place with most providers, but to check, contact Leadline first.
