Leadline Services Ltd was incorporated on 6 October 1996 and started trading on 1 February 1997.

Leadline is a UK based call centre operating from a single site in Worcester.  The company provides inbound and outbound traditional call centre services, and specialises in IVR (interative voice response).

For live call centre services, lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm.  IVR keeps your lines open 24 hours.

Leadline are a straightforward company to do business with, they have very clear pricing, and they regularly benchmark their services against competitors to ensure best value for clients.

Clients range from one man band small businesses who require telephone answering services to mail order and holiday companies who need to manage larger volumes of calls.
